Perks LA Press Conference - 2013
|What you will need:
Step 1: First you will need to straighten your hair. Then take a large section of your hair (about 1-2 inches) and part it to the right. Pin the parted hair in place with a bobby pin.
Step 2: Next, take a small, thin piece of your hair from the back of the parted hair and pull it over the rest of parted hair towards your ear. Pin it in place with another pin behind your ear.
Step 3: Now take your curling iron and, with a lower heat set, begin to curl the lower ends of your hair. You want to create large, loose curls. Emma's curls begin just below her ear lobe so try to replicate that look as closely as possible. Be patient while the iron heats up. You want the heat to be at a lower level so that your hair isn't damaged when you curl it.
Remember not to curl your hair too tightly. You want the curls to be large and loose.
